Setting up Message Rules -
nice to get your mail to go direct to a folder

1. In OE, click on "LOCAL folders".. go to File\new Folder...Name it
(use the name of the newsgroup, family memeber or whatever you want it
to be)

2.Tools\Message Rules\Mail\New

3. Check the following for #1
Where the subject Line Contains Specific Words
Check the following for #2
Move it to the specified folder

4. Click on the blue text that says,"Contains Specific words " and a
new
window opens. Type NAME OF FOLDER and click "ADD" . You will see the
text
NAME OF FOLDER Move to the bottom box.

5. In the same Window, type Re:NAME OF FOLDER, click "ADD" . Now on
the bottom,
you will see NAME OF FOLDER and Re:NAME OF FOLDER Click "OK"


6. Now you come back to the original screen for "New Message Rules".

7. Click on the Blue text that says, "Specified". On the left side you
will
see your folders in Outlook Express. Double click on the Folder NAME OF
FOLDER"
This will bring you back to the original New Message Rule Window. Under
#4,
type "NAME OF FOLDER Rule:

Click "OK".."OK" until you get back to the Inbox

8. Test it by opening a new message, put your Own e-mail address in the
Bcc:line...Type "NAME OF FOLDER testing" in the subject line..Send ..
If it comes
to you in the NAME OF FOLDER folder, you have it set correctly.
